I was just wondering why past experience was included for evaluation in the concept note? Are we penalized for lacking experience in our group's projects field of interest?

For a quick question for the presentation of our concept note, are we only entitled to make a short video to deliver our concept note in a creative way? Are we allowed to use any other methods for the presentation criteria?
