Continue exploring the notion of "openness" and how it is enabled or constrained by ICT

Techno-optimism and its limit - one laptop per child and its assumption

Look specifically at e-learning, "open educational resources, open courseware, (Khan's Academy?)

The idea of "university" and its globalization - MOOCs, etc.
