For the final project, students are asked to work in small group (a maximum of 3 students) to produce a Concept Note for a proposed project on ICT for Development. The topics students choose will be discussed in class and online, and developed in stages, culminating in the final Concept Note. The topic must build on concepts and principles discussed in class, and students will have opportunities to engage in peer-review of each other’s projects.
The final Concept Note must not presented on a wiki page and it must not exceed 5 pages (double-spaced, 12 pt. font, roughly 1,500 words in total). Links must be provided to the background research, methodology, needs assessment, data used, bibliography, and any resources considered relevant to the concept note.
