Hi Prof Chan,
How is the answer to question 15 'Knowledge is a form of competitive assest subject to market forces? I remember you stating in a lecture that 'The best universities always rise to the top of the ranking'. Do I get any credit for choosing the 'best universities' response?
I do not understand how the answer to question 12 is the 'cute cat theory of digital activism'. How is the answer the 'cute cate' response?
