Being that we can't meet up this week .... would it be cool if we plan a layout of the things we should talk about? Being that we have some time now, and anytime during the week --- it'd be best if we group our ideas on to this page.
First task to tackle?
Katie Ahern said
at 1:15 pm on Oct 29, 2012
Yeayea, how about everyone agrees to go over eachothers reports and think of things we would want to look at. and maybe agree to meet this weekend?
Danielle Phan said
at 1:24 pm on Oct 29, 2012
fair deal .... so all reports should be looked over by Saturday morning by 9am?
Naseem Khan said

Sorry for my late replies. I always forget to check this page! I can do Friday during the day, I'm not really going to be home on Saturday/Sunday.

Just a quick not to let your group know that I am enjoying the development of the various case studies in this group and the team work emerging. It's great to see!
Katie Ahern said

KK how about we all agree to look over the Reports by Saturday and have comments/ideas ready for the critical analysis and the presentation of information (See project info on group project page)? We wont necessarily have to talk over the phone but we should all have some pointers/ideas about what we want to put together for next friday. sound good?
Katie Ahern said
at 4:57 am on Oct 30, 2012
And we can post our ideas on the group project page? Would someone want to create a new matrix/table to put the ideas in?
Sukaina Tejani said
at 9:13 am on Oct 30, 2012
Yeah I agree. I also think we should try catch similarities of all reports cause that's important for our next step .
Naseem Khan said

Guys, take a look at Saman's workspace. It's apparently the 'goal' case study. http://idsb10.pbworks.com/w/page/60354825/Saman%20Goudarzi%27s%20Workspace
Take some time to reformat our own work, before it gets graded
Katie Ahern said

KK. So lets say that by Sat/ Sunday night at the latest each have a list of similarities between the case studies and an idea of how we can present the information. Cause EEK! this collective analysis is due next friday!
Danielle Phan said
at 5:55 pm on Oct 31, 2012
so what do we exactly have to do? Gather each report and get a list of similarities of what? I was thinking present the idea through a facebook/twitter layout

"The group will also begin to compile an annotated bibliography at this stage (with a minimum of 5 academic sources from each member). (Instructions and guidelines will be provided)" Where is the instruction for this part?
Katie Ahern said
at 9:50 am on Nov 2, 2012
I have no idea, Leslie and Becky havent given us an indication what these guidelines are. I would say lets just go ahead and get our similarities and differences thought out, and wait nad see what they post this weekend
Sukaina Tejani said
at 10:38 pm on Nov 1, 2012
Perfect! By saturday/Sunday night then. How about i make a work page for everyone to contribute their similarities, differences and anything else on and then link it to the group project page. would that be useful?
Katie Ahern said
at 9:37 am on Nov 2, 2012
Sukaina, that sounds great, can you put up the page today so that naseem can add in hers before she goes away for the weekend? And we should probably have a meeting of some sort before or on monday so we have time to write up the report during the week
