I did my profile page many days ago but I still don't see my page on this student directory page. I can only see it under the profiles&pages, student directory 2012. Does everyone name has to be shown on this page?

No, you are fine. The page history of your profile clearly shows that you did it on Sept. 23rd. But you need to be a bit more active in other areas of the course.
